Our Story

Elementary POS originated as a simple mobile cash register designed to address the need for electronic sales records (ESR) in the Czech Republic. At the time, existing cash registers were complex and expensive, prompting us to introduce a solution accessible to everyone for free. We were determined not to let thriving businesses suffer due to ESR requirements. During the mandatory ESR period, our application became the most downloaded item on Czech Google Play.

What started back then as a basic calculator evolved into a complex cash register system, incorporating numerous functions and unique technologies. The development of Elementary POS has been ongoing, with new features and improvements added monthly to propel our app forward. Our team has expanded, and today, Elementary POS operates globally with customers from all corners of the world. We feel honest gratitue gratitude towards our users, whose suggestions continually contribute to the enhancement and progression of Elementary POS.
