If you wish to delete your Elementary POS account and want to delete all your company data:
- Send an email requesting the deletion of your account and the data to the following email address: support@elementarypos.com. The delete request must come from an email registered in Elementary POS. You must be a company administrator (account owner).
- You will receive an email asking if you really want to delete your account and all your company data.
- Upon confirmation, the account will be immediately deactivated and all data deleted after 30 days.
- You can still request a data recovery within 30 days. After 30 days, data recovery is no longer possible.

What data are stored for the account and subsequently deleted:
- Usernames, emails, encrypted passwords (this includes all registered users in the company).
- Any data entered, such as company info, receipt header, footer, receipt template, sales, sales items, stock, bills, orders, taxes, suppliers, customers, cash registers info and all history records.
