Free Plan
Have you come across Elementary POS and want to try our cash register system? The Free plan is ideal for this. You can set up a simple cash register on any Android mobile or tablet, issue unlimited receipts, and view the sales history in the Elementary POS Back Office.
In the Office, you can test how our reports and statistics work in Excel. The downloaded test report always works only with the sales made on the given day. You can create 3 stock items or set up to 5 open accounts (tables).
The Free version of Elementary POS allows you to create an unlimited number of sales items and make card payments via compatible terminals (SumUp, Sunmi, MyPOS). You can also connect a receipt printer, customer, and order display.
In the Free version, you can experience what it will be like when you have a larger business: under one Elementary POS account, you can add an unlimited number of cash registers and users with a basic administrator role.

Premium Plan
So you love the Elementary POS cash register system and want to remove the limits? If you already have some employees, for example, if your coffee stand has grown into a cafe, the Premium plan is perfect for you.
The main benefits for you include:
- Unlimited reporting (filter your sales data, set the period for which you want the report, and other benefits)
- Create one user with a limited role, allowing them, for example, to only issue receipts but not access the Office or sales statistics.
- Edit sales and stock items via Excel (edit all items or their prices at once, without having to click on each one separately)
- Connect a barcode scanner (connect an external reader or use a mobile phone camera to mark goods much faster)
- Unlimited stock items, SKU codes, and open accounts (manage stock items, create bundles, recipes, or menus, and manage open accounts and tables). This allows you to make full use of the order display and remote orders via QR code.

Business Plan
Want to go even further? Do you already have more employees who work in shifts? Then you will appreciate the ability to connect an unlimited number of users to Elementary POS and set permissions for each employee as needed.
Elementary POS currently offers four different user roles: admin, seller, accountant, and part-time help. With the Business plan, you can use all these roles according to your preference or set a customized role under the Custom option.
Detection of Suspicious Employee Behavior
Do you have many employees and it’s not feasible to supervise each one separately? In Elementary POS, you can set notifications to be sent to your e-mail in cases where, for example, receipts are repeatedly deleted.
